Abuse of children

“A building is as solid as its foundation, and similarly a human’s character is heavily based upon the unnerving truth of his or her upbringing. It’s often said that we choose our own battles, but it’s evident that our decisions are loosely floating to be aligned with the cosmic frequency of life. We often find ourselves in situations that we didn’t wish or ask for, situations which aren’t justified on the logical basis of karma. We’re served experiences and it is left to the underexplored capacity of our human brains to process, deal, and produce an outcome that will remain with us forever. Some of us walk out of them with a healthy and cathartic upshot, while some fall prey to their demonised experiences of life. For a child’s senses to bear, witness and experience evil at an age where it is the purest form of a human being, a shining orb of love and light, for the powers of corruption to touch a human being at such a malleable age has been defined as various terms in a vast spectrum of literature, from storybooks to religious texts, as the existence of Devil in the face of God. But it is in my understanding that distrust has befallen upon the quality of the spoken word. There is a common deception now in the song of the birds and the hiss of the snakes. So today I dip my brush in the paints of reality, to fill this canvas with the life of humanity.
The abuse of children crosses all racial, cultural and economic boundaries. Ranging from physical abuse, sexual harassment to simply making a tender soul feel stupid or under-confident, the admiration of parents to sculpt the child towards their template of perfection has been rampant. But there is an inhumane tendency that draws all living towards darker waters if left unchecked, no matter how good the upbringing of a child might be.”
